This is probably the most heartfelt review I have ever written. Compass Roofing was definitely the best decision we made for our roofing needs. Mark Flanagan is an extremely patient, detail oriented, considerate, and highly knowledgeable person. He guided us throughout the entire process, from filing a claim and negotiating a settlement to thoroughly investigating any damages that were missed by the insurance company. He also helped us decide on any repairs and fixes down to the last nail. Mark was always just a text away, consistently responding promptly to calls and messages, and kept us informed throughout the process. As our contractor, he took care of every single detail. The only worry when working with Mark was that I initially thought he was too good to be true. However, he truly knows what he is doing. I am so happy with our roof and the several other aspects of our project that were brilliantly handled. I am truly appreciative of the great work and wonderful service from this company. Red metal roof. Compass put a red metal roof on our house. They did an outstanding job. The craftmanship was great and the job was done in one day from strippingoff the old roof to finishingup with the details. They also cleaned up after themselves.
