Rocco at Control Your Tech is the man!! The man fixed three of my computers in less than a day, and that meant a lot. He upgraded my HP to Windows 11, factory-reset my Mac desktop, and turned my gaming PC into a machine so fast it could probably beat me in Mario Kart now. On top of that, he caught stuff I didn’t even realize was wrong: a tilted graphics card, a busted fan, and then upgraded my gaming PC to WiFi 7. I tested all three machines at home, and they’re running flawless. He even cleaned them up so well I felt like I should reintroduce myself to them 😅 If you want real tech work done by someone who knows their stuff and actually cares, Rocco is your guy. I found Control Your Tech through a quick Google search for computer repair, and I’m so glad I chose them. I called around 11 AM, and they told me that if I brought my PC in (which I had definitely messed up), there was a good chance it would be fixed by closing time. Sure enough, they delivered. All i had to do was plug it up. Rocco was patient, answered all my questions no matter how basic they were and made the whole process easy. Fast, professional, and extremely helpful service. Rocco did an amazing job repairing our PS5 that had been overheating due to a botched repair from another shop. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and thorough throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how he kept us updated with photos and progress reports along the way , super transparent and reassuring. Thanks to Rocco, our PS5 is running perfectly again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend! I brought my PS5 here after another shop completely messed it up, and this guy fixed it in about an hour. He was super friendly, reliable, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He took the time to explain what went wrong and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. It’s rare to find someone this honest and professional — I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need repairs again!
Rocco was incredibly helpful with getting my PC up and running again in just a day. He was able to break down what the problem was, tell me straight up what everything would cost without trying to hide anything, and get it fixed right away. There was also no “what if” when I got home to plug something in. They plug your device in right there to show you that you’re good to go.
