Disappointed and angry. We had our child’s first haircut here and told the hairdresser exactly what we wanted and showed them the piece we wanted to save as a lock of hair. They agreed but just proceeded with a normal trim. I reminded them and the lady told me “don’t worry mama, we’ll get it” then the haircut was over. Then front desk person said they just grabbed a piece off the FLOOR as the lock of hair! The dirty floor and they collected a tiny 1” piece even though they agreed to the 3-4” piece I showed them at the start. Ugh! This was a special haircut I was thinking about for years and they rushed it and didn’t do what they said they would do. Also gross bc with the tiny “lock” of hair they put in a tiny bag were a couple snips of someone else’s hair (diff color)! This all seemed very unprofessional and I felt invalidated when I reminded them gently 3 times about wanting the longer piece of my child’s hair. It’s a special one time thing and this experience at CC was well below expectations and what they communicated. Won’t come again. Sad we chose this as our child’s 1st haircut.
My son love coming here, he get to enjoy playing with the slide and with the toys they had. He was actually very calm which he usually isn't. They did an amazing job with his hair and was very still through the process. Would recommend
I took my son for the first time in two years to get a haircut. His hair was everywhere and soon as I went, my son an amazing time he enjoyed himself more than anything, and he sat Soto because the person that we were working with was very well when she was working with him. Apologize if I forgot your name, but here’s a few pictures just in case of her doing my son’s hair and it looks amazing compared to what we came in with My son loved the environment.
Update: it’s been over 3 weeks and this business has never returned any of my calls or emails. I had requested the owner review the cameras. Yet nothing has been done. ** don’t risk your children safety going here** if you witness the situation please make a review. I’ll try to contact you if that’s okay. ***I had to call the cops. Let me start off saying that me calling the cops was not something I wanted to do. But had to because A’Vangela and the entire building are untruthful people. A Vangela used a broken clipper gaurd on my son pulling his hair out: they would not allow me to take a picture of it and when the cops came they all lied to the cops. Showing them ones that were not broken. They caused a lot of pain to my son. And traumatized him; they all lied , wouldn’t show the camera footage without a warrant. If they had nothing to hide why not allow me to take a photo or allow us to view the camera. These people all liars and should be ashamed. Please know if anything happens a to your kids here they will lie and hide it. I’ll be going to try and find legal counsel.
Second time I’ve brought my daughter here and we had a great experience both times! She loves going here and sitting in the pink car. The hair dresser was kind enough to braid my daughter’s hair into a heart!
