Terrible experience. We have a two and a half year old boy and the woman cutting his hair did not listen to our requests and didn’t know what she was doing. She had a lack of experience with young children and our child was upset the entire time. We specifically asked not to use the electric clippers and she did anyways and we also asked to get his hair layered and she did not. We also ask if we could take a break because our child was screaming crying and she ignored us. My husband got a cut as well and he told her not to cut his beard and she did anyways (cut off half of his beard). Seriously a terrible experience, do not come here. We don’t know how this place got so many good reviews. We now have to go somewhere else to fix our child’s hair cut.
Linh did a wonderful job with my son’s first haircut! I don’t know how she was able to do such a great job despite him moving his head constantly. Also the first haircut certificate is so freaking cute, super glad we chose this place! Thank you!
We scheduled a visit with Patricia who turned out to be unavailable. Our stylist was Tiffany who was professional, quick and kind. She cut our 12 month old daughter’s hair for her first professional cut. We opted in for the first haircut package at the last minute and it was a great idea because we got a photo/certificate and hair clipping for souvenir. Our daughter was having fun sitting in the toy car and watching ms Rachel. She didn’t like the hair cutting drape, but Tiffany was quick and as precise as could be. We look forward to seeing how our daughter’s hair grows out over the years now that it is even. Thank you!
My daughter had her second hair cut here. Staff is very friendly. We booked our appointment online the day before. We had a short wait, about 5 minutes. She played while waiting and then sat in the Spiderman car. Only 1 pink car, but in worked out ok. Of course, her favorite color is pink. When finished, she pick out a Ballon, sticker and lolly.
Went for a hair cut for my 11 month old. Came home to see this scratch on his neck. I had specifically asked not to use the trimmer but the stylist Linh insisted it would give a good look. Only reason I drove so far was to avoid this exact situation. Only silver lining is that the haircut itself looks pretty good!
