We have been here two times now.And it's been great both times both of my children have so much fun.And I really like the diversity of the activities offered.
It was so fun. Came here for a birthday and the staff was really nice. Hector made it even more of a special day thank you all so so much. My niece had a great birthday, one she'll always remember. Thank you Cool Springs. Highly recommend this place and the staff is amazing thank you especially to Hector for making it a great birthday for my nieces.
The staff is just fantastic. Most really engage with the kids, have great uplifting and professional attitudes and help the kids have fun and feel welcome. Great spot. Unlimited laser tag. The massage chairs for the parents is a huge bonus. The only thing was the arcade was about $2 for one try at a claw machine- so expensive! I also wished the Ninja wall would have been open for use! Overall, wonderful experience.
We recently celebrated my 7-year-old nephew's birthday party at Cool Springz. The kids had an amazing time bouncing on the trampolines, playing games, and running around with their friends. The adults had a lot of fun too! The Ninja obstacle course and trampolines were a hit with the grown-ups, and it was great to see everyone letting loose and having a good time. The staff at Cool Springz were on top of things. They set everything up for us, provided excellent service, and took care of the cleanup afterwards. It was nice to not have to worry about a thing! One tip I would give to future party hosts is to make sure your guests arrive on time. The party ends promptly at the agreed-upon time, so you'll want to make the most of your time there. Overall, I highly recommend Cool Springz for birthday parties and other celebrations. It's a great place for all ages and not as crowded as other larger trampoline parks.
Absolutely a great place for the kids to burn off some energy. Customer service was top notch and the manager was extremely pleasant and outstanding. Very clean place and lots of attractions to utilize for a great price! Hands down for the money and experience you get, this is a great place to walk in or host your next birthday party for your little one!
