I moved to Lincoln 3 years ago and was introduced to Cooper Co at that time. Since then I have never looked back! One could argue it's expensive but you truly get what you pay for and I feel like there is so many things that hit many price points! The quality, uniqueness, and customer service is all top notch! I love this store and the ladies who work there! If I could give 10 stars I would! They recently styled my home and I couldn't love it more! Thank you all so very much!!
I love this store and frequent it regularly, but unfortunately chose a busy time to buy birthday gifts for friends, which were not inexpensive. I understand that they were busy and trying to help everyone, but when they asked me immediately if I could come back Monday to pick up my wrapped gifts (in a 'tone' of you're not important), I was mildly offended. When I asked if they could wrap them (for which I paid), they rather reluctantly said that if I waited, they would do it that day. I did wait and appreciated their service, but didn't appreciate the vibe of some of the employees.
I love Cooper & Co! They are the absolute best at what they do. They turned my “new to us” home into a beautiful, curated, cozy home that I would never have been able to do on my own. Actually trying to downsize but LOVE this place. Styled do nicely that when you come into just “browse”’ you find things that you can’t resist….so you end up at the checkout counter packaging up MORE things to add to an already completely full house of things….but I LOVE my new mugs!! Thank you for having these in your inventory!!!

They came to our home, listened intently, and then had us into their store to review several options. What I liked most about working with them is that they truly put together a design plan and furniture that worked for US and the ways we use our space. They suggested items at several price points to fit our budget even let us try out a few things before finalizing a purchase. In addition, there were no unexpected expenses, they were great communicators, and just delightful and enthusiastic women. I can't recommend Cooper & Co. enough! Give them a call today!
