They were amazing! I dropped my laptop and cracked the screen and I was able to walk in and drop my laptop off same day and screen was replaced by the next business day! Meanwhile the I would not have even been able to drop it off at the Apple Store for another 4 business days! Will definitely be back for any electronic repairs needed.

Scammers who have held my MacBook for now three weeks for their own selfish reasons to get me to pay the full price not covered under Apple care which is $1100+ more in profit for them to keep. Called Apple who told me how they have had the Apple care price for a while now which they lied and said Apple didn’t get back to them and didn’t requote them the Apple care price.

Second time we used Core Care for Apple support. Casey and Michelle were very helpful in solving my iPhone's struggle to charge. Then we brought two watches that were not holding charges. Again he quickly presented a great option of returning the watches for the cost of a battery replacement. They also helped us set up our two replacement watches.
