Had to go to Urgent Care this morning. My wife was cutting my toe nails as I can’t reach them. Tried a new style. She accidentally cut the tip of the toe off. I didn’t realize it as I have no feeling in toes since back surgery. I felt right at home as I walked in. Receptionist took immediate care of me, handed me off to the nurse who was compassionate and the PA - Kirk was wonderful explaining the best action to take and what he as going to do. Very good experience today which rates them Five Stars!!!!!
I have visited this urgent care facility twice in the past year, and both experiences have been consistently positive. I was promptly checked in and seen by the nurse on both occasions. The PA, Kurt, was incredibly patient and thorough as we discussed my options and the best approach for my treatment plan. I left within an hour feeling fully informed and comfortable with the next steps. I highly recommend this facility for quality, reliable care.
Went on a holiday weekend, not expecting to receive the level of care that I did. Everyone was friendly, professional and caring. The receptionist, the nurse, the doctor and the x-ray tech all displayed a high level of compassion and care. I was truly impressed. They listened carefully to my concerns and genuinely treated me with respect and kindness. Thanks to you all!
I visited Cornerstone Urgent Care on Sunday afternoon, September 28. The waiting room was welcoming, neat and clean. I was warmly greeted and checked in immediately. Everyone on the medical team (from the moment of sign in, to a diagnostic conversation and being treated was kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.
