Costco Tires Department @ 17550 N 79th Ave in Glendale AZ damaged my rims! I was a loyal customer for many years and many sets of tires. Technicians at this location carelessly caused scratches (one of them the size of a penny) in 3 of the 4 tires they installed and the manager didn’t even investigate or compensate when reported. I even had the “before”pictures of the rims to show. If you care about your car, do not come here or any Costco since they don’t control their technicians for quality work. They just lost a customer for life.
The team that was working tonight 1/16/26 at close was amazing! They helped me in a pinch fix a flat tire when I showed up 10 minutes before closing. Amazing customer service and honestly an amazing experience! They took what could have been a rough night and made it smooth and helped turn it around. Great team!
The worst experience ever. They double charged my credit card and it still hasn't been credited back after multiple phone calls to the tire center, upper management and corporate on line customer service. Unbelievable that no one has fixed this issue on Costco's side. I have spent hours trying to get this fixed. Horrible customer service.
The Costco Tire Center offers outstanding service and great prices on tires and installations. The staff are friendly, professional, and really know their stuff. They helped me pick the right tires for my vehicle and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Appointments run on time, and the installation is quick with attention to detail. Plus, their tire warranties and road hazard protection add extra peace of mind. If you need tires or tire service, Costco Tire Center is definitely the place to go.
DO NOT get your tires serviced here. I came to get my tires rotated prior to driving from AZ to NC. Once I made it to NC my tire was making a horrible noise. I found a different tire company and took my truck to address the noise. It turns out that the technicians at Costco did not tighten everything correctly and by some act of god the tire didn’t fall off on the 2000+ mile trip. Also the shotty work cost me $500 to fix. All I wanted was a tire rotation to be safe for my trip and ended ip being seriously put in harms way
