Great instructor, terrible management. Gave me my last day and still charged me for another half month past that. Called twice and two different people said they were working on the refund because I shouldn't have been charged again. Ended up filing a dispute because after two weeks they still haven't refunded the money. Please do yourself a favor and read the bad reviews that are still up here and on reddit because yes, they do pay you to take them down.
If this were for her teacher, 5 stars. Because of Brandon, my daughter has only been going to Creative Soul for a short time and the change in her confidence has been amazing. She asked to perform in her first recital and did wonderful despite her previous fear of being on stage. We are really looking forward to seeing her continue to develop her voice and love of performing. The business however is run terribly. We have since left and do not recommend anyone who has any expectation of good customer service have their children start with lessons here.
**READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING UP** Attached is the issue I dealt with. You'll notice that there is a lack of bad reviews. There's a good chance people we're refunded to remove the review which doesn't sound bad but refunds should be offered before a customer has to escalate the situation. We were essentially paid off to not leave a bad review. I'm sure the one thing me and this establishment can agree on is that we will not be coming back. I found a review on BBB where someone had the exact issue I had so I can only imagine how many other people have had my issue. I wanted them to do right by the customer because it's the principle. We did not have a successful experience here. We kept trying it even after they messed up too. My kids instructors switched at least three times each sometimes no one would be at the front desk the entire time or sometimes the instructor wouldn’t show up. Anytime there was a complaint they would just add a free lesson instead of reimbursement or an actual person to talk to.
We have had such an amazing experience with Creative Soul. My ten year old has been taking drum lessons here for about a year. Not only has it been fun, his instructor Angel has been excellent at teaching him the basics and building from there. I would give the school ten stars if I could.
