I’ve been selling items here for years, I recently sold a top, the lady said $8.75 cash and $17 credit the guy who paid me out gave me $5.25. When I questioned them they were arrogant and said well it’s only a couple bucks but “I can check”. Don’t bother if your store needs money that bad, I walked out with the $5 but felt bad about it. Very weird behavior from people working at a store. It was a curly haired man with glasses and the woman who quoted me the price was standing right there when he gave me the $5 instead of $8 said nothing, she has long straight strawberry blond hair. They basically took my clothes and didn’t honor the price they offered when I checked out. I guess if they need my shirt for their store that bad they can have it, Crossroads Trading isn’t doing well, probably won’t be around much longer. The Dallas store is already closed.
Awsome crossroads trading store here on sunset Blvd area of los Angeles. Selection is good ,lots of verity , its a decent size store, staff here are amazing , love the location that it's like a block away from Vermont/sunset metro train station B line very easy walk in and out via metro to here 😀
Recently did a tour of the many Crossroads Trading stores in the Los Angeles area and this one had the worst selection of clothes out of them all. While waiting to sell and watching the staff go through other sellers clothes, it was clear the staff was not up to date on current trends or brands which then reflected in the poor stock of the store. Obviously what they are choosing to buy is going to be a subjective choice but I’d at least hope that the staff themselves had their own style to reflect their choices. Every other crossroads trading store had staff who styled themselves in a way that reflected a love for fashion and trends which then translated into a better stock of items to choose from at the store. I have no complaints about my selling experience as the staff was kind and quick.
