Extremely friendly staff, especially Dakota and Dr. Minarik! Our shop cat was extremely calm and relaxed the entire exam which says a ton about the demeanor of the care team. They gave us a comprehensive care plan for BK as well! Thank you Crossroads!
I brought my cat in after a less than satisfactory experience with a different vet and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. My cat can even be a bit “difficult” but they worked some kind of magic and were able to get tests run without having to sedate him. Their app is also very easy to use and confirmation reminders via text were great too. During my appointment I had a TON of questions and everyone was so patient with me and took the time to answer everything. Overall, I would say this was a night and day difference from my previous experience at a different facility and I would recommend this hospital to my friends and family in a heartbeat!!!
Crossroads Vet squeezed us in as new patients on a Saturday and treated us like we had been coming there forever. I walked in a little panicked after losing two young dogs in recent years and they immediately put both me and my big guy at ease. They were gentle, patient, and so thorough. Georgie felt safe, I felt heard, and you could tell they truly care about the pets that come through their doors. So grateful we found them.
Excellent vet, everyone is incredibly nice and clearly cares about the best for the animals. Very responsive, will try to work you into the schedule quickly (typically within a day or two, but sometimes later in the week), and will follow up to be sure your pet is doing okay afterwards. Cannot thank them enough for all they’ve done to help our cats with their chronic health conditions.
We have been taking our three dogs here for 9 years. Whether it’s a routine visit or an emergency I always know that the fur babies are in excellent hands. Dr. Howard was able to treat our peek-a-pug’s mysterious illness - that turned out to be the very rare sterile panniculitis. She never gave up. She was also was crucial in the after treatment of my teacup Yorkie’s scorpion bite. After his stay at the emergency hospital she quickly got him back up to speed and on track for a full recovery. Dr. Howard is so comfortable with our Cane Corso as well. The entire staff is caring and compassionate. Margaret at the front desk is outstanding and deserves a special shout out for always handling our emergencies so quickly.
