The ladies here are super helpful and kind. They make sure you leave feeling better than when you walked in! I did compression treatment and cold plunge. If I lived here, I'd definitely be a regular. Come back them out!
I can't say enough good things about my experiences here at Bioworks Alamo Heights. The staff is so kind and accommodating. Using their cold plunge on a regular basis has helped calm my nerves system, in addition to improving my recovery time after long runs.
Absolutely amazing experience. This place is a hidden gem for anyone who is looking to boost their wellness and recovery. I have tried is all here, the IV therapy, Sauna, Cold plunge, Cryotherapy and compression therapy. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. They walked me through every step and made sure I was conformable the entire time. The IV left me feeling hydrated and mentally sharp. It has been a good pick me up when life feels crazy. The Cryotherapy is intense in the best way, leaving me feeling recharge, and recovering faster from my workouts. The infrared sauna is my favorite way to wind down after a stressful week, and they also have a red light tower for red light therapy in their sauna. Overall I highly recommend this place!
Had an amazing experience here! I've gone to other places in the past and the customer service and price here just can't be beat. School cooties hit hard this year so I went in for an IV drip and feel so much better. Highly recommend the BodyGuard Supreme. Looking forward to trying NAD+ or peptides in the future!
I have severe labrum tears in each shoulder. Also severe degenerative disc disease in neck and spine. Arthritis every where. Herniated disks, both knees have multiple surgeries, ginormous trigger points in neck, traps, scapula, blah, blah, blah. Twenty-three years in the Army took a toll. I receive cortisone injections in shoulders, chiropractic care, sport and spine care, physical therapy, massage therapy and acupuncture. I cannot take NSAIDS. I opted against another round of shoulder injections (pause on everything but physical therapy). I decided to try peptides. After doing a lot of due diligence, CryoFit/bioworX looked like a good fit for me. I am just a few weeks along and for the first time in years, my shoulders have almost no pain (aside for short periods post cortisone injections) and my joints and back and neck feel great! The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Facility is clean and offers many cutting edge wellness treatments. Do your own diligence to learn about peptides to see if this protocol might be right for you. If so, I highly recommend CryoFit/bioworX.
