Reached out via phone over a week ago to set up an in-home consultation. I was informed by the woman who answered the phone (Sharon, I believe was her name) that I would need to complete the online form. She did not seem interested in speaking with me on the phone to answer any questions. I completed the online form as directed and no one has reached out to me to set up the consultation or to acknowlege my inquiry. Very disappointing after reading so many positive reviews for this company. Makes me wonder if the reviews are real. There's no need to reach out to me at this point. I'm not interested in your services since you couldn't take the time to simply acknowlege my request.
