Culture House DC ist eine lebendige Kunstgalerie und ein Veranstaltungsort in der 700 Delaware Ave SW, Washington, DC 20024. Untergebracht in einer umfunktionierten Kirche mit hellen Wandmalereien bietet der Raum Hochzeiten, Kunstausstellungen und Live-Auftritte, darunter Poe-Themenabende. We loved capturing our couple here!! The murals were so bright and fun - and brought such a wow-factor to an artful wedding that was unforgettable - as well as an amazing spot for a portrait session! The hall, furnished with long banquet tables and paintings on the walls and ceiling was the perfect backdrop for a unique reception. Can't go wrong choosing this venue, it was a delight to shoot our amazing couple on their big day here!! @paperboysweddings
I attended the Black Boy Arts Show at Culture House DC. The building is a repurposed church redone in vibrant color schemes on the outside and inside. It was a good space for the art show, there were areas upstairs with artwork and a stage where a performance took place and downstairs different areas and a DJ set up. I could definitely see how this would be a perfect spot for a wedding as well. Upstairs there is vibrant artwork allover the walls and ceiling. The location was good and there is parking within walking distance. There was also an outdoor courtyard where they brought in a few food trucks for this event.
Our visit to Culture House DC for the Edgar Allen Poe Speakeasy was nothing short of phenomenal. The performances were outstanding and the cocktails were superb, each themed to one of Poe’s works. I hope they come back to DC as we would definitely return and bring friends.
This was an outstanding production! The staff were wonderful and fun! The cocktails were well made and not watered down. The performances of the works were fantastic! Absolutely a delightful experience!
This is such a beautiful venue and spot for a wedding! Our wedding planning couple loved the uniqueness it brought to their day and every guest complimented the room as they went upstairs for dinner. Photos by Jenny Wagner Photography
