These folks were awesome! First off, they were able to get me on the schedule quickly which I greatly appreciated. Their dispatcher communicated with me throughout the day of service and answered all my questions. She also quoted me exactly what the cost ended up being which was awesome! The guys that came out were professional and friendly, they answered all our questions and even tagged our septic tanks for future clean outs. I would highly recommend this guys and will definitely use them in the future.
We had numerous companies come out for a very odd issue. The homeowners prior to us, used dishwasher hoses in our bathroom shower for the piping. After 4 years, it had to be replaced. We were recommended by my father in law and I must say, at first I was reluctant. But when Scott showed up, we were very pleased. He explained every step to us and let us know through out the process how it was going. He made recommendations that made sense and he understood our frustration. I hope we don’t have any more plumbing emergencies again, but if we do (knock on wood), we would love to have Scott at Curtis Plumbing come back out. We are also getting new dressers so it will be easier on all of us next time lol!
I can't thank Curtis Plumbing enough they got me out of a jam,my septic tank was overflowing and they serviced me the next day which was great cuz it was an emergency and gave me the best price that I could imagine thank you so much Curtis Plumbing . Curtis plumbing will be forever my main service for any septic problems,the driver was very informative and very kind. Thanks again Robert Garside
