Went to the location on 410 and bandera in Leon valley. A tech named Wesley was fantastic. Had a loose mounting bracket for my after market stereo. No appointment and I had it installed years ago, this young man didn’t hesitate to help me fix it in the parking lot in less than 10 minutes. Very impressed with the service and will definitely be recommending this kind of service to others.

Worst place . Can’t take accountability. I took my truck to get window tint and on the first storm my windshield starts leaking. Thinking it’s just a quick fix for them I took it in with ease. They informed me that this issue has nothing to do with them I told them well it’s never leaked and after you guys installed the tint on the windshield it began leaking on the first storm. They said it’s like going in your home and the mircrowave all of a sudden stops working. I told them let’s say I’m a contractor and I have to use a water spigot that’s never had issues(cuz the windshield isn’t mechanical it’s pieces that stick together and it’s never had water leak issues ) and I hook up my hose on it and it breaks . You think ima not fix it ? Obviously I was the last person who touched it and unfortunately it broke. I’m not gunna leave it there just cuz I’m not a plumber I’m gunna fix the customers spigot cuz i put my hands on it last . I’m going to safelite and never coming back have a good day thanks for nothing

I dropped my car here at 10am for tints. For it to only be done at 3pm. Not to mention I was the first one there. At first Mike was polite/ nice and did his job. When my bf called to ask for an update not only was he rude and disrespectful he never even asked a name- car make and model of the customer he just assumed and said the car is not done. Afterwards when my bf showed up to pay for the tint and pickup my car Mike did not have that same attitude otp in person. The pricing told to myself was 675 the price he gave my bf after he find out he was a veteran was 558. And decided to tell my bf “ your girl got the most expensive tint and I tried to take 100 dollars off but she wanted a strip” in which the conversation between me and mike was very short. For Mike to be “ store manager” is very disappointing for this business. Listen to the reviews and pick a different location cause this one is not it🤦🏽‍♀️wish I could’ve gave them negative stars.

Had gotten recommended this place from a friend, my mistake for not catching this earlier but I would not recommend anyone, they mounted the amp on my rear seats and I never go to the back seat of my vehicle mic went to remove my back seats after about 7/8 months and seen they drilled right through my back seat center cup holder. Too late to do anything about it now because I live in California now but if you come here, make sure you check their work as you can tell they don’t do quality work.

Custom Sounds war der perfekte Laden für mich. Ich habe mir ein neues Auto gekauft und konnte den Serienklang sofort nicht mehr ertragen. Ich rief mehrere Audioläden in der San Antonio-Umgebung an, und Daniel bei Custom war BEI WEITEM der freundlichste und hilfreichste Verkäufer, mit dem ich gesprochen habe. Ich kam später am selben Tag in den Laden, und Daniel verbrachte die nächsten zwei Stunden damit, mir ein vollständiges Soundsystem zu wählen, um mein Auto aufzurüsten; er besorgte mir alles, was ich zu einem fairen Preis wollte. Die meisten Waren lagen zu Preisen, die dem Online-Einzelhandel entsprechen oder darunter lagen – etwas, das ich von einem Custom-Shop UNGEHÖRT gehalten hätte. Die Installation war an einem Tag erledigt und sieht großartig aus (ich habe einige Bilder beigefügt). Ich sagte den Installateuren, dass das Auto so nah wie möglich am Originalzustand aussehen und das Werksradio behalten soll, und sie haben wirklich geliefert! Man merkt wirklich, dass Joe und Jonathan die Extrameile gegangen sind, um mein Auto in großartigem Zustand zu halten. Das System, das ich bekommen habe, klingt großartig und ist perfekt abgestimmt, ohne jegliche Verzerrung. Ich habe ein komplettes JL Audio-System mit C2 650, C2 690, dem XD700/5 5-Kanal-Verstärker und einem 12w0v3 Single Sub in einem 2 cu ft sealed enclosure gewählt, dazu Schalldämmung in den Türen und im Kofferraum. Lass mich dir sagen: Es klingt GROßARTIG. Die maßgefertigte Box, die sie für meinen 12w0v3 gebaut haben, passt perfekt in meinen Kofferraum und sie konnten den Teppich fast perfekt anpassen. Ich empfehle Custom Sounds on Bandera definitiv jedem, der eine saubere Installation zu einem fairen Preis sucht. Ich könnte nicht zufriedener sein!
