Been wanting to share a review for a while! Took a gauche painting class this week from Adam. As a non-painter, I was nervous but Adam walked the class through every aspect of the medium and creating our final piece. He was patient, encouraging, an enthusiastic. I was so proud of the finished project. I've also taken both linocut printmaking and DIY screen-printing from Claire. These classes are each so fun to try out a new medium. I left with a fun tote bag and bandana from each class. Claire walked us through every step of the process and was informative, calm, and helpful through each medium. Lastly, I've done two pottery series with Danni. Danni is so funny and kind-- a delight to have as an instructor not only because they are so knowledgeable but because they create a very joyful and inviting class environment. They are also able to break down pottery skills into manageable and understandable tasks. Loved both of the classes I took from them and can't wait to take more. If you are at all interested in taking a class, DO TIT!

I had the absolute pleasure of taking a ceramics class at Daffodill Studios this weekend. I've wanted to take a ceramics class for the longest time and this studio was the perfect place for me to start this new hobby. The studio was clean, warm and cozy. The owner was super nice and so cool. They also have the sweetest studio dog who was so chill. The instructor was great! So patient and kind and very thorough with the teaching process. I couldn't believe in the short amount of time that I spent there I learned so much and was able to create 4 pieces! I can't wait to go back and take more classes!
