Highly professional and very meticulous from the planning/proposal all the way to the cleaning up. I have dealt with other roofing contractors in the past. None of them come close to Dalex's level of quality. In fact, our neighbors noticed the job they did and within a week, five of them signed contracts to have theirs done.
We had a great experience with Dalex. Our roof required a lot of extra work, but they came in with a great crew and they were able to get it done in about a day and a half. Everyone we interacted with from Dalex was very professional and friendly and we were incredibly pleased with the quality of the work.
This was our 3rd house being done by Dalex. Just think about how good they must be if we used them 3 times (Old House, New House and parents house) they were flexible on the time frame, it took us a few months to close on our home equity loan, once The contract was signed, it was about 2 weeks before they started the work. Team of 5 guys and 2 women tore off, replaced 27 sheets of plywood and re shingled the roof IN ONE DAY. After their clean up I only found some dust on My plants, a few shreads of underlayment a chunk of rotting wood and 3 nails (which were not in easy to find locations) they did an amazing job, even My discerning neighbor was impressed. About a week later The gutter team showed up, they did an amazing job, they fixed a few cosmetic things from the roofers and Left a few scraps in an easy to miss out of the way corner, because they fixed the other things I couldn't even complain about picking up the minimal trash left, it was one piece of downspout and a few of the centers they drill out of the bottom of the gutter to connect the downspout. One hand and cleaned. Only complaint they accidentally cut one of My outdoor camera power cords, but they probably came off with the gutters
I recently had a tear off and roof replacement completed by Dalex Roofing. They also replaced some gutters that were always overflowing with wider ones for greater carrying capacity. Igor, the project manager, was very flexible and easy to work with. Their price was competitive. Dalex uses high end roofing material, this was a big plus for me. And, it looks fantastic. Cleanup was really impressive, virtually nothing left behind! Would definitely recommend Dalex.
