I called them for a last minute request and the ladybwho answered the phone was so sweet and helpful. They delivered tables the next day and was early. Arthur was very nice, responsive, and professional. I will definitely be using them again.
Not a serious company. Cannot be relied upon. Bounce house didn’t show up at scheduled time so my wife had to call and call and call. They finally answered and the bounce house showed up at the end of the bday party. We told them we didn’t want the tables and chairs anymore since the party was over. He said they’d come get the bounce house the next day and that they were only going to charge half for being late. Then the woman called my wife and tried to renegotiate the half price offer. She was so rude to my wife we asked them to come back and get the bounce house. They cannot be trusted for any event you care about and don’t understand how to make things right.
Don’t do it. Just save yourself the heartache and don’t do it. I ordered tables and chairs from this company for October 7 delivery. And I had to proactively call about the status of those items after they were supposed to be delivered. It was extremely difficult to reach someone. I was told they would call me back and I had to proactively reach out and follow up over and over after. Since my party started at 2 PM and people started arriving at the location, I had to put someone else in charge of greeting people and drive to Walmart to purchase tables and chairs for the 30 people that were shown up.
I booked for a double water slide for my daughter’s bday and it was perfect. The Dropoff/pickup, no problem and they were very professional. I’m definitely booking them again
Abhol- und Lieferzeiten sind unzuverlässig ... Mir wurde gesagt, sie wollten den Bouncer einen Tag früher liefern, da sie in der Gegend waren. Nachdem sie das mit mir bestätigt hatten, sind sie nie erschienen... Und als ich angerufen habe, sagte eine junge Dame, dass sie den Fahrer kontaktiert hat und sich nicht bei mir gemeldet hat, und während ihrer veröffentlichten Geschäftszeiten haben sie nie abgehoben... Also ist die Kommunikation mit diesem Unternehmen etwas schwierig. Aber abgesehen davon war es ok.
