Bobby was warm, professional, and took the time to carefully examine my ring. He walked me through the inspection process using the microscope at the front desk and clearly explained my options without any pressure or upselling. When I enquired about resetting the ring, he provided honest advice and recommended keeping the original De Beers setting given its long-term value. Throughout the process, Bobby demonstrated great attention to detail — even noting and verifying the GIA inscription on my diamond to ensure authenticity after the repair. When I collected the finished ring, I was amazed — it looked absolutely stunning, polished to perfection, and even more beautiful than when I first received it. I couldn’t recommend Bobby and the team at Daniella more highly for their professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship.
