I give them four stars for the last vehicle they did good job but that was long time ago. I have seen so many customers complaint from them. I had plan to take my new vehicle go there for not all service just inside the seats clean. But if they mess with me take my money and not done the job. I would have call 911 on them. it will be a big issue for them. if i give you a money that mean i want my vehicle to be clean. because that money is not coming from sky like rain. i fall sweat for that money work hard for that money. But if you take that from me with not job done then it will be very tough for them.
Well First off 60 Bucks for A Gas Station Run thru Car Wash SEEMS OVER PRICED FOR ME SECOND IF THEY AT LEAST DID A GOOD JOB ON THE VEHICLE I WOULDNT CARE I WAS ASKING FOR A HAND CAR WASH WHICH THEY TOLD ME THEY DONT RECOMMEND CAUSE MY VEHICLE IS BRAND NEW THIRD THE VEHICLE IS IN WORSTER CONDITION AFTER THE WASH THEY SOACKED MY VEHICLE IN THE INSIDE CAUSE TO LAZY TO DRY THE MATTS NOW IT SMELLS DAMP IN MY BRAND NEW VEHICLE THEY DIDNT EVEN VACCUM IT DOWN THEY PUT TIRE SHINE ON HALF THE TIRE U GUYS CAN SEE IN THE PHOTOS AND THE LADY TOLD ME I GAVE YOU 2 Garbage bags Ok AND I CLEANED EVERYTHING OUT OF UR GUYS WAY SO U CAN DO A DECENT JOB LOL BUT NO ITS WORSTER DONT GO TO THE PLACE GO TO LAKE AND PARK CAR WASH BEST IN TOWN ITS BETTER OFF TO GI TO UR NEIGHBOR HOOD SHELL OR MOBILE GAS STATION AND PAY THE 4.99 or 6.99 for that car wash NOT TO MENTION THEY TRYED TO RUN ME OVER AFTET THE WASH WAS DONE CAUSE I PULLED TO THE SIDE AND WIPING MY INSIDE DOWN DONT GO HERE U WILL GET HURT IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE REVIEW I WOULD I FEEL TERRIBLE PUTTING 1 STAR CAUSE THEY DONT DESERVE IT
First time back here in years — moved out of state for a while, but in 2020, Dan’s Nicolette Car Wash was my spot. I come back, expecting greatness, but instead I get the “before” picture in a detailing commercial. Yeah, prices went up (fine, welcome to 2025), but now there’s an $89 “full car wash” option. I settled for the $35 package — same price as most competitors — thinking I’d still get a solid clean. What I got was a comedy show. Three of my four tires? Spotless. The fourth one? Looked like it had just finished racing dune buggies in the California desert. The inside of my car? Untouched. Exactly the same as when I handed it over — every crumb, every speck of dust, every tragic french fry still there. Pretty sure all they did was send it through the machine and call it a day. I could have gone to Super America, spent $10, and gotten the same results — minus the false hope and disappointment. And to make it worse, I tipped them $5 (which I had to awkwardly ask my wife for because I don’t carry cash). Now I’m sleeping on the couch because she saw what I spent $35 plus her $5 on. Dan’s Car Wash… I’m embarrassed. Not for me — for you. This was the automotive equivalent of catfishing. Never again.
Avoid this car wash and business if you can. Came here for the first time and their machine put a dent in my license plate. Management initially refused a refund until I had to argue with them for 5 minutes. After I got a refund multiple employees told me I’m no longer allowed to come back. On what planet are these people living on to think I’d want to come back to this POS business. If you enjoy the way your car looks currently, avoid this place at all costs…..
This car wash is amazing! For $20 you get a wash and they wipe down the interior of the car, wash your floor mats and a quick vacuum. Yea the vacuum is quick it’s not perfect but it’s so affordable! If you want a full detail you have to pay for that. The value of this wash is amazing in my opinion!! Bring some cash to tip these employees work HARD
