Met with Derek; He provided high-quality speedy service. I was in and out quicker than expected. He took one look at my computer and within seconds was able to identify the root cause of the issue with my device. Skills and professionalism aside, both young men provided a comfortable and supportive interaction. They even recommended additional helpful services they provided for business owner such as myself. Overall, I was highly impressed with their expertise. I will definitely be returning to work with them again. Gained themselves a new regular!

I had to go here today for fingerprinting. I was greeted by a young man i believe his name was Sam. He was every helpful. He help me sighn in and did my fingerprints. I was not there long. I arrived at 915am. The wait was not long. I had made a appointment online and pre payed online. Was just under $10. They do provide other services. Fix computers and such.

I went to DataFast to get fingerprints done for my AIA pass, and they were amazing! Super friendly, fast, and professional. Patty was so easy to talk to, we chatted for quite a while about all the other services they offer, and now they definitely have a new customer. DataFast does so much more than I expected! They offer on-site, remote, and in-shop IT support, everything from network setup and troubleshooting to servers, firewalls, VPNs, and backup solutions. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and knowledgeable they were. What really stood out is how much they support other local businesses. They’re proud members of both the Glendale and Peoria Chambers, which says a lot about their community values. Highly recommend them if you need fingerprinting or IT help here in the Valley!

I had the most amazing experience at DataFast on Cactus Road getting my paper fingerprints done. First of all two very dedicated employees showed up on time! One employee asked me if I had an order # or IVPP # which I did. I opened my envelope and the 2nd employee began the process, and with a friendly attitude and professionalism to boot, I had them done in 5 minutes! I've had them done in the past which took hours, but the new technology, and printer and scanner already set up for the process, I was out of there in a jiffy!
