I had an appointment far between 2 and 4 PM. Connor called me at 130 and said he could be there in about 15 minutes. If it was okay if he could come early. I said yes, he got here in about 15 minutes. Like he said, he went down diagnosed my hvac problem very quickly. Explain to me what was happening. And fixed the issue rather quickly. He was very nice. Actually talk with him during the procedure. As he explained what he was doing Did it so even I could understand. He just left here. My heater is back up and running. Connor was excellent, and I have nothing but the highest marks for him
Chris did an amazing job! Our kitchen sink stopped draining on Saturday, and we initially called a different company who scheduled us for Monday with a 12-hour window. Then Monday evening, they texted to say they couldn’t make it at all. As you can imagine it was very frustrating. I decided to called Dauenhauer, and the experience was immediately night and day. The woman who helped us on the phone was shocked the other company gave such a massive window and was able to get us scheduled the very next morning with only a 2 hour window. Even better, they sent the name and picture of our technician when he was on the way, which I absolutely loved. It made my husband and me feel so safe knowing exactly who was coming into our home. Chris was professional, friendly, and efficient, and he got everything taken care of quickly. I truly cannot recommend Dauenhauer enough and will 100% be using them again for any future plumbing issues!
Jeremy was awesome and patient. The previous company claimed I needed to have my vanity removed. Jeremy was able to complete the task without anyone having to remove it. My valves were replaced without a mess. I’ve used Dauehauer in the past and will continue to use them in the future. 😁
I will always trust Dauenhauer to provide amazing service! I had an issue with a brand new hot water heater we installed. When it didn’t work properly, I knew I needed to call a professional, and Dauenhauer was there the next morning. Robert was super professional, efficient, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. He made it look easy. And the pricing was even better than I expected. I have used Dauenhauer multiple times for HVAC and plumbing and they have always been great. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future!
These guys are the best!!! After having issues with another plumbing company, I canceled their service and called these guys instead. They were able to squeeze me in and even came the same day, which I truly appreciated. They checked all the plumbing, found the root cause of the problem, and explained everything clearly. They gave us two options and were extremely patient in answering all my questions, making sure I understood the differences, possible consequences, and next steps. Chase—and I’m sorry I forgot the name of the other technician—were absolutely fantastic. They were honest, professional, and never tried to upsell or make up additional issues to raise the price. They focused on finding the real problem, fixed it properly, and took the time to explain everything. I confidently used their services and have now found my plumbing company. I won’t be calling anyone else in the future. Highly recommend!
