As a single mother accompanied by my three young children, one of whom has autism, our experience at the establishment was truly exceptional. Despite the outing being quite hectic for our family, the customer service team provided courteous and efficient assistance. We were delighted to interact with two of the owners and managers, who embodied the venue's family-friendly atmosphere by ensuring patrons' comfort throughout the premises. The environment proved to be joyful, safe, kid-friendly, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, allowing our children to thoroughly enjoy themselves while participating in activities. Notably, the management's diligence in handling lost items was evident when one of our children lost a phone, which was promptly retrieved. The employees were helpful in resolving technical issues with the games, and the cotton candy flower-making machine was a particular hit with our children. The meal packages offered good value, and our waitresses provided excellent service, warranting generous gratuities. The entire bar area was impressive, even to someone like myself who does not drink. Given its convenient location near our home, we appreciate this venue and look forward to repeated visits. The mac and cheese, with bacon and ham, was outstanding.

Had an amazing time at Dave & Buster’s in Braintree! Our server, Stacy, was incredible — super friendly, attentive, and just had such a positive vibe the whole night. She made the experience feel personal and fun. And honestly, she was just the sweetest and cutest personality you could ask for in a server. Tony, the manager, was also phenomenal. He checked in on us multiple times, made sure everything was perfect, and really showed that he cares about creating a great experience for guests. You don’t get that level of hospitality everywhere. Food came out fresh and full of flavor — the Cajun pasta especially was amazing. Great atmosphere, great service, and overall a 10/10 experience. Definitely coming back!

I like to take my daughter and her friends to D&B. The food is good, but alcoholic drinks are a little watered down. Margaritas don’t really taste like Margaritas. The service is a little slow. It takes a while to get someone to serve you.

An Absolutely Amazing 10th Birthday Party Experience at Dave & Buster’s Braintree! We recently celebrated our son's 10th birthday at Dave & Buster’s Braintree in their VIP Party Room, and it couldn’t have gone any better! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make it a day to remember. A huge thank-you to Josh, the Sales & Events Manager, who helped us plan every detail and made sure everything was perfectly arranged ahead of time. His professionalism and clear communication made the process so easy and stress-free. During the party, John, our Party Manager, did an incredible job managing the setup and flow of the event. The room looked fantastic, the pizza, chicken strips, french fries, and soft drinks were all delicious, and the kids absolutely loved it! John handed out the game cards with clear instructions and even took care of cutting and serving the cake, such a thoughtful touch that let us relax and enjoy the moment. Our server Sarah deserves special recognition for her friendly attitude and top-notch service. She was always right there whenever we needed anything, refilling drinks, bringing out food, or helping with any little detail. The kids had an absolute blast in the arcade, the parents had a great time celebrating, and Christian said it was his best birthday ever! We highly recommend Dave & Buster’s Braintree to any parent looking to host a fun, well-organized, and memorable birthday celebration. The VIP room experience and incredible staff made it a total smash hit!

Great arcade place. Panty of parking. Plenty of virtual games. Good place to have a good time. Good was average at most. My nachos were very salty and limited. Left more than half on the plate. No good. I think the place was more to have a good time, which we did and not for a family dinner.
