Shoutout to Zendra at Dave & Buster’s for being absolutely fantastic. Her humor made the experience fun and relaxed, and her customer service was top-notch. Her attention to detail was perfect and she checked on us at just the right moments. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring... she truly elevated our visit and is a big reason we’ll return.
Fun place for family time. The human crane was very exciting and fun for my son. THE HUMAN CRANE allows one person to be attached to the crane machine with the help of staff and lifts you up in the air and allows you to grab as many gigantic plastic animals you can grab but your only allowed to keep one. Also, the ticket prices have went up so if you dont mind not playing VR, or standard crane machines then go with the unlimited game play, it will have you money and 90 min is good enough for smaller children. I didnt have no food but honestly it smelled delicious in there I could tell what someone ordered without even seeing the food (Buffalo boneless wings) 😅 overall, staff was friendly , games were fun and we had a great time.
Food was good and games very very cool. But everything was so pricey!!! I had a small cocktail which cost 15.00 and then we did food and game package and it cost over 200 dollars. Also, the tickets you get playing games doesn't allow you to get much more than a pin.
Bri was a great waitress. She was friendly, attentive, and she had helpful suggestions and descriptions of the food. On Saturday, the online reservation worked as it should. Great first time experience for my 13 year old son who has outgrown Chuck E Cheese. Only a game or two that needed rebooting, We'll be back.
I had a pretty good experience overall, the food was basic but not bad. They seem to be trying to hard with their menu updates adding more than what's needed in their salad. The floor at my table was dirty as well as sticky. However the staff was very pleasant, expecially the waitress Sydney whom gave superb service! Even the manager came by to check in our experience. They have upgraded televisions and the quantity to display all football games at one time. They have the games as usual, and spacious areas for parties and events. There are also officers onsite for security purposes. I would definitely return to enjoy the sports atmosphere. Keep up the good work.
