I took my wife’s 2021 Toyota RAV4 LE in to get a fresh interior detail to start the new year off right, and this was actually my first time ever having a vehicle professionally detailed. I usually do all the detailing myself, but after calling Dave for a quote on another vehicle and having an awesome conversation with him, I decided to book an interior detail for the RAV4. Drop-off was easy and convenient, and pickup was just as smooth. The car looked amazing, especially considering the very fair pricing. I did notice one small thing I wasn’t completely happy with, so I reached out to Dave, and he immediately had his technician Derek take care of it fast and no questions asked. The customer service really stood out to me. I’ll definitely be back this summer to get window tint done on my other vehicles. Highly recommend!
I dropped off my set of 4 winter wheels to be re-powder coated. While there was a small miscommunication in one area Dave was kind enough to work with me and make it right. I am very happy with my wheels. Dave was kind enough to tell me about a particular soap that we should use to clean them and keep them up. I will be taking his recommendation and using that to preserve his work. Tho I am a girl I always want my car to look nice, clean and "cute". Dave helped me achieve that!!! I am very thankful!!! I have had alot of compliments from males at work and even had a guy in HVAC roll his window down at an intersection and compiment them. I am grateful for the great work that Dave assisted me with!!! I would definitely recommend speaking with Dave on any project you are wanting and I have no doubt he will get you fixed up!!!!
Dave does awesome work. We highly recommend him, he took our 2022 Mustang triple black convertible and made it look like a brand new car. He’s always available to answer any questions you may have. The pictures do the car no justice
I had my car's exterior and interior detailed. I could not believe how clean it looked when it was finished. The interior looks as close to new as a 5 year old car can look. The exterior is shining. I am very impressed with attention that was paid. I highly recommend Dave's Detail.
Took my moms brand new car here for tint and received not only the worst tint job I have ever seen (small cheap shops have done better) full of bubbles, debris, crooked edges, cut out for brake light, but also the tint installer completely obliterated the side window trims with a heat gun. One so bad it completely bubbled up, the other three are discolored in spots from heat too. Not to mention the cigarette ashes on my dash and scratch on the rear bumper from what looks like a razor left on the back of the car, as well, but I gave Dave the owner a chance to rectify the situation after he told me “the installer was a new person.” Especially considering I have tinted 3 vehicles with them now and installed PPF but apparently being a loyal customer means nothing here. But after two months of being avoided and given the run around it’s clear this shop has zero service of quality and does not stand by repairing vehicles that they damage. The installer knew he was absolutely sloppy and that’s why when I picked up the car he was no where to be found. I’m not one to complain but I can’t in good conscious not share my experience when other people bring their expensive beloved cars here, and they throw people who don’t even know what they are doing on jobs where they are screwing up peoples car. Sad business practices and will be dealing with my bank to at least get my money back that I paid to get my mom’s new car all messed up. Apparently he can post tiktoks on Facebook every other day but not reply for over a month about sloppy new workers damaging customers brand new cars.
