I had such a wonderful experience at David’s Bridal. The seamstress, Nilofar, Linda, and the entire styling team were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. They truly listened to what I wanted and made me feel supported and comfortable every step of the way. The alterations were done beautifully—my dress turned out absolutely perfect and fit like a dream. I’m so grateful for their care, talent, and genuine kindness. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
I’ve never been to a David’s Bridal where I wasn’t able to try on dresses, so this experience was confusing. The website states that appointments are recommended but not required, yet when I arrived, it felt very unclear whether walk-ins were actually welcome. I understand stores get busy and appointments may get priority, but the messaging should better match the in-store experience. Plus there was only one bride there and she was leaving. If walk-ins are limited, that should be communicated more clearly ahead of time so customers can plan accordingly. I’ve had positive experiences at other David’s Bridal locations in the past, which is why this was disappointing. Clearer communication would make a big difference.
My helper was Alexandra, she was so sweet and helped me figure out my style of dress and what I liked most comfortable on myself.
Ava was my consultant and did a phenomenal job to help me find the dress of my dreams, which ended up being one she picked and I never would have thought about! She went above and beyond helping today go as smoothly as possible, and making sure I found a dress that was everything I wanted and more. Mahasti pinned my dress for alterations, and was the kindest person and had such a sweet soul! She didn’t have to tell me about her experience, because it absolutely showed in her attention to detail and compassion through the process, continually checking in to make sure I was okay and as comfortable as possible. Standing as still as possible in heels for almost an hour isn’t easy or fun, but she made the entire experience a 10/10! I highly recommend both of these ladies as they were both a joy to work with!
Mahasti is amazing! If you need something altered, she’s the perfect person to do it. I felt so secure and confident after our alterations appointment. She’s professional, thorough , kind and attentive. I didn’t feel rushed and she listened to all of my concerns. I look forward to seeing my dress. Thank you David’s bridal and thank you Mahasti
