The team was great! They replaced two 3 ton HVAC rooftop units in less than one day. The install team arrived on time, had subcontractors set up so that there was minimal down time and left the site neat and clean. They even showed us how to use the new controllers. .
Ken came to our house to give us an estimate on replacing our HVAC system. He was incredibly helpful. He took time to fully evaluate our current system and determine what was best for our needs. He explained complex concepts in easy to understand terms and helped us to make the best decision. He was honest, transparent, and very friendly. And, he brought cookies! If you have to replace your HVAC system, I strongly recommend Day & Night and ask for Ken.
Ron provided exceptional service. He was prompt, professional and his work was quality. He spent a great deal of time explaining the product, his work and additional concerns for future problems were pointed out. There was no pressure but he was very knowledgeable. We will use night and day again, but we will be requesting Rob. He was great to work with. This is a second review. After discussions Rob pointed out we needed a new water softener. There was no pressure to buy but he did point out obvious problems we were not aware of. We knew the water softener was old but it was definitely leading to additional problems. Ron was very informative and provided education that helped us make an informed decision. He schedule a second appointment and was able to install a new water softener againHe was prompt. He was professional. We are very pleased with the service!
I called day and night to replace my rooftop air conditioner when my old one needed a costly repair. The quote was higher than the other 5 quotes I received. I wanted a quality job so I went with the high quote because it included new ductwork. To my surprise I received an installation that no one would be proud of. They damaged my newly replaced roof on the 3 visits they had to come out. After the 3rd visit the ac unit stopped working an hour after they left. The conduit was not level as seen from the ground, the unit was not level, the ductwork in the attic was not supported and not fully sealed and leaking after the initial install. Forget the 24 hour emergency service the 1st time we had to use it they told us someone would be out the next day. Also the 10 year labor warranty included is a scam since you have to stay on the vip plan so they can continue to milk money out of you. Communication was poor after the sakesman left after signing the paperwork. I regret ever letting this company in my home. Run far away
