We had to have someone come back out to clean over some things but they handled it so professionally and sent someone out the next day. They understood us and made it right. Really happy with how they fixed it so quickly and respectfully. This is a great company.

Cadence and Alexis did a great job. My dad can't move around too well. They cleaned around him without making him feel like he was in the way. They asked me if there were any areas that needed special attention and they were pleasant. The house looks great. We were pleased with the experience-thank you :)

If I could give this business more than 5 stars I would! The company has made it so easy to communicate with and they have such an easy system to pay on. Every cleaner is always on time and very professional I always get a reminder when I have an upcoming appointment and even before my cleaner shows up, I am notified when they will arrive. I have tired a few other companies in the area and this one is top on my list out of all of them. Coming home to a sparkling clean home is the best thing ever, especially before the holidays. My appliances were streak free and the inside and outside of my refrigerator and freezer, oven and microwave were cleaned beyond what I was expecting and they even organized everything and threw away any bad stuff I had! The cleaners are very easy to communicate with when they arrive and they all have gone over everything they will be doing with a personalized checklist. Thank you for making my home amazing and in better shape that it has been in years! I would very highly recommend this company to anyone in the area.

EDIT: Interesting that you "do not have any record of providing service for you". I have posted a screenshot of the invoice matching the address of this Google Review with the one printed on the invoice. ------ I really wanted to like this company. I did at first. The communication was good and the cleaners were prompt to arrive. Unfortunately, our move out clean left a lot to be desired. Two cleaners began at 10:00am and ended at 2:30pm. After they left we went to have a look. They did get some things right, but it didn't take long to notice the let down. They didn't pull out the fridge or oven after the person I booked with said, "We can definitely note behind the fridge and stove as a focus area for our cleaners.". There was urine left behind on the outside of a toilet, significant dust on ledges, crumbs on the counter and in the cabinets, and the edges of the floor never got vacuumed. I could go on. My wife ended up having to take another half day to clean up after what they left. To give them an opportunity to make things right, I sent an e-mail with photos and the descriptions. All I got back was a "heart" reaction. There was no effort to make things right. Instead, the only follow-up we continued to get was asking for payment which was $439 plus the option to leave a tip.
