HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Called to get a quote on a faucet replacement on a pedestal sink after the half completed job was botched by a "handy man". He made time to get to me same day and was able to fix what got messed up and replace the faucet as well as replace the wall shut off valves with more sturdy and durable equipment. He was very prompt, professional, and great to work with. Dee's Drain Cleaning will definitely by my go to as well as my recommendation to anyone else needing plumbing assistance.
Our outside water spigot froze and exploded early Saturday morning. I called multiple plumbers, either no answer or no one available. David answered on the second ring and said he’d be here by noon. Promptly he was, assessed the problem and fix it. Outstanding service on a Saturday morning.
David has worked at our house twice recently. He’s very professional & all his work has been excellent. We highly recommend him & we will be calling him for our future needs!
Called Dee's Drain Cleaning and Plumbing about a water main leak, completely expecting to have to schedule a time for service when instead was told he could be at my house in an hour. An hour later he shows up and inspects the area of concern and verifies the water meter signals that a leak is detected. Within minutes I have a quote for the repair and was told he could start right then and there! Again I was impressed with the timeframe for completion of work and the scope versus the cost! In total, it took only about an hour for the repair and we were back with water and no more leaks! I highly recommend Dee's service if you are in need of any plumbing and or drain cleaning! Also very pleasant to deal with and very respectful and reasonably priced! 10 out of 10!
I'm a bit late getting this in but needed to do it. I noticed a bad leak in my water heater on a Sunday night, found Dee's Drain Cleaning right away. I was hesitant to call because it was a Sunday evening, but I did and he answered and he ended up being very kind and helpful over the phone. That engagement led to me hiring him for a consultation and actually replacing the tank that week. I didn't mention my family was without hot water for a few days, and if I had, I know he would have found a way to help me even sooner. But all things as they were: he was kind, informative, honest, his workmanship was top notch, he was timely, his associate during the installation was just as kind and professional, the cleanup was efficient and thoughtful. Hard to find those qualities in contractors these days. I'll hire him again when the need comes. Thanks, Dee!
