This is fine dining at its finest (pun intended). The appetizers were unbelievable from the grilled octopus (which was perfectly cooked and seasoned) with the chorizo sauce to the wagyu meatballs which were so soft and juicy the just melted in your mouth with a perfect tomato sauce and a chili pepper on top to add a tiny bit of spice to the beef tartar which was so creamy and silky it didn’t need the sweet cracker to put it on but it gave a awesome crunch texture. For entrées, we got the filet mignon and the bone in filet mignon, which were both cooked perfectly and seasoned amazingly to our liking and literally just melted in your mouth didn’t Really need a steak knife to cut it, It was so tender. The amazing broccolini and butter, garlic, and lemon sauce had just the right snap to it was not overcooked or undercooked. It was perfectly firm yet soft on the ends. And the butter, garlic shrimp side was also cooked perfectly with just the right amount of firmness to it an excellent amount of seasoning. Dessert just continued to beat our expectations. Tiramisu crème brûlée was absolutely amazing almost had a ice cream gelato consistency, and they put the right amount of whipped cream for me, which is a lot. The butter cake with vanilla ice cream was ridiculous. Very crumbling warm yet creamy. It was super addicting and made us wanted to get a second one. I don’t know who put ones two threes or even four down in their reviews, but they should go back and give them another shot and I never say that this place was amazing. WELL DONE, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, WELL DONE.

I went here for thanksgiving his year and it couldn’t have been a better idea! The fresh bread, phenomenal, 12 oz filet, creamy spinach, mashed potatoes, and the butter cake. It was some type of Christmas theme going on so they had a live singer playing music which was nice as well. I will say my only complaint is the parking area. I’m hoping it was just on that evening but man it was zero parking which made me and may others have to park in a tow away parking area way across on another property.

We loved our Anniversary dinner here. Our server Jacob was outstanding. I was impressed with his knowledge of the menu and his dedication to the Buffalo Bills. The bone in ribeye steak was cooked perfectly and that bread was ridiculously delicious. It's a real old school Vegas vibe with the booths but the restaurant is very updated and clean. Definitely on our return list. If Tom Brady was in town he would definitely eat here.

Liked by many locals and tourists as an off-Strip destination for Steak a visit to Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse outpaces much of their competition, Landry’s long history finding service gracious yet pleasant while the atmosphere is unpretentious but refined. Reportedly the busiest of fifteen current outposts, a Hughes Center address well-suited to business meetings frequently held in one of eight private dining rooms, Appetizers are basic fare from Shrimp Cocktail or Bruschetta to a hearty Wedge Salad with punchy Danish Bleu Cheese Dressing. Offering an array of Cocktails and Wine, the “James Bond Table” a special attraction for “high rollers,” those not interested in Beef will find Chicken, Cauliflower “Steak” and a respectable slice of Sea Bass adjacent everything from domestic Prime to Japanese A5. Not forgetting Sides, the Creamed Spinach bolstered by Bacon particularly, Dessert predictably sees Chocolate and Cheesecake trying to steer guests away from the only *real* choice of signature Butter Cake with crispy edges surrounding sweet insides prepared to sop up melting Ice Cream.

Tastes like my grand-mother's ribeye with an excellent chimichurri sauce. Portions are very large, so no need to add too many sides. They made an excellent espresso. Worth a second visit.
