We tried delectables catering last night at an industry event. The food was amazing. Specifically the scallop shooters! The staff was also very friendly. From one catering company to another you all are doing a wonderful job!

My son and daughter-in-law had their wedding reception this past Saturday night. The meal was served buffet style following hors d'oeuvres. The stuffed mushrooms to start off were absolutely amazing! At the dinner, they served churrasco steak that was the most tender and flavorful that I've ever had. The stuffed chicken breast (chicken Montrachet) was simply incredible! I consider myself a very good cook and not easily impressed, but this just blew my doors off! The staff could not have been any more friendly and accommodating!

We had our wedding at the Tampa River Center and Delectables was one of the catering options that we could have chosen. From the moment we saw their menu, we knew that they were the right choice. The communication was impeccable and they were able to answer all of our questions and help us decide what would be the best fit. There was honesty in every conversation, and I was so happy for that. We went into our wedding blind, without a tasting prior and let's just say it was a success. All of our guest agreed that it was by far the best wedding food that they had ever had. Our guests including ourselves, stated that they could not decide what was better, the appetizers or the actual meal. The service was impeccable, everything came out perfectly. If you are looking for a caterer that works with you, and provides a gourmet meal for a very good price, this is the one you need. You will not regret it, and your guest are going to be thanking you later! Thank you so much Delectables for helping make our dream day come true.

Our venue, Armature Works, recommended this catering service and we are so glad they did! We were looking for a Peruvian style meal and were worried that an average catering service would not be able to do it justice. We were proven wrong by Delectables. My fiancé's mother, who is from Peru was very impressed by the food and we found it delicious too. They were able to accommodate all our critiques and requests to create the perfect meal for our wedding.

I chose Delectables to cater my wedding and it was such a fantastic idea! The food was excellent and my guests complemented how well everything tasted and looked. I went to a few food tastings prior to choosing them and I also won a free ice sculpture from them at a bridal show. It was such a nice touch to have at my wedding! Janice was my event coordinator and she was fantastic! She answered any questions I had! I highly recommend them!
