OMG, what a great experience from Kara and the Deltronics team. I had a NAD receiver that failed under warranty. The product was repaired SO FAST and back to me inside of a week. While the problem itself wasn't overly complicated, they kept me in the loop and provided return tracking information SAME DAY. I hope I never need them again, but if I do - I'd be delighted to use Deltronics in the future.

I'm not a serious vintage audiophile, just a guy who thinks music sounds better on the quality old stuff. Bought a 50 YO Scott receiver for next to nothing knowing it would need a complete tuneup. Deltronics charges a $75 upfront diagnostic fee that converts to a deposit if you approve the work. They called within a week to go ahead & order parts with a balance quote of $175. It was ready for pickup a month after drop off. Sounds plenty good to me & I'd do repeat business.

So far so good. Was in and out after dropping off a CDJ3000. Hope that I get it back in working order soon.
