First time coming to this office and had a wonderful Experience with my doc. Checking in for my appointment was a bit of wait since the receptionist were all busy on the phone But other than that, everyone seemed very friendly and accommodating.

I went to this derm office in 2024 and had a bad experience. I had to reach out again today to get a refill and I’m reminded of why I will never be returning. I received a call from a member of their staff regarding a refill for my prescription and was informed that I would need to schedule another appointment to receive it, which is fine, but I don’t like the service I receive from them so I declined the appointment literally all I said was ‘it’s fine, never mind’. The woman on the phone ultimately hung up on me mid-conversation. That kind of behavior is beyond unprofessional and completely inappropriate for a healthcare setting. This is not the first time I’ve experienced unkind or careless treatment from their front desk staff. No patient should ever be treated this way, especially when they’re not being disrespectful or unkind to the staff. This seems to be a pattern with this office. It’s clear that management either doesn’t care how their employees speak to patients. If you’re considering becoming a patient here, please take your business elsewhere. There are many offices that treat people with basic decency and respect but this is not one of them.

I’ve had a great experience with this office, and especially with Dr. Wang. Everyone here has been very helpful and friendly during my visits and throughout my treatment. Highly recommended!

I recently visited Dermatology Center of the East Bay, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The entire process, from scheduling the appointment to receiving my treatment plan, was smooth and efficient. The nursing staff, medical assistants and front desk were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. They took the time to listen to my concerns, discussed pros/cons of various treatment options and explained the procedure step by step as we proceeded. I felt comfortable and appreciated the detailed and easy-to-understand explanations. Their expertise and genuine care for their patients are evident in every interaction. I highly recommend Dermatology Center of the East Bay. Their combination of professionalism, compassion, and top-notch medical expertise sets them apart.

I highly recommend this practice as it was a very welcoming experience. I've had my Botox done by Tarquin and Quynhly, whom are both excellent. They addressed my concerns and provided a comfortable environment. I loved my results from each session! I will definitely schedule another appointment with them in the future. Their text messaging system is incredibly convenient as it's difficult for me to answer the phone during work hours. Their response time is fairly quick. Overall, I couldn't have been happier!
