I had a great experience with Detailer Co recently. Booking through their website was quick and easy, and I liked how I could customise service to fit my needs. I had smoothie stains on the car floor after a spill, but the detailing was extremely thorough. My car looked shiny and like new afterward, despite the stains. I really appreciate the great service and attention to details!
WHEN THINGS GO WRONG How does a company deal when things go a bit wrong? You can judge them on it. The moment I pulled trigger on payment I realised I made a booking error with the date, trying to get a detail before we sold a car. I left a phone message and also messaged them. Wondering if I would even get my money back or when. Happily they responded very promptly with a message that my money had been refunded and wishing me well. The money was actually instantly back in my account too (I love that instant transfer banking feature!) No BS about T&C and sorry we will be keeping some or all of your money. Just a prompt, positive response of a business trying to do its best. So we will use them when next time comes. Nice one guys!
Got a vehicle detailed prior to listing for sale. Very convenient and one of the best detailing jobs I’ve ever had on a vehicle. Squeaky clean, smelling fresh and super friendly service. Not rushed, and the detailer didn’t stick to a time, he made sure the job was done!
