My husband and I visited Detroit Vinyards for the first time and did not know what to expect. The inside is beautiful and has a very cool feel. The wine is very good and we purchased several bottles. But the best part of the whole experience was Bob! We will definitely be back.

Detroit Vineyards is a truly unique place. Not only are they a winery in Detroit, but the wine is excellent. The space is gorgeous and perfect for wine tasting and learning about the wines, winemaking, and anything else wine related. The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. They host wine dinners and will often host pop ups, too. Definitely worth visiting.

This place is a must! The decor is beautiful and the wine is amazing. The winery itself has an “industrial vibe”. It’s almost like you’re stepping back in time. As for the wine, the ones pictured are my favs. I wish I was hungry once arrived because someone ordered the charcuterie board which looked tasty. Last but not least, the staff we encountered were super friendly and poured fresh bottles for the tasting (which that is the way it should be all around). Thanks to the staff for such an amazing job and I will definitely be back! FYI: The tasting itself was $25/pp..so that was a little pricey….but nowadays so is everything else 🤷🏽‍♀️.At the time I went, if you purchase 3 bottles of wine, one of the $25 Flight fee is waived.

Located in the former Stroh’s ice cream factory on Gratiot near Eastern Market, we stopped in at Detroit Vineyards to see what kind of grapes grow in Detroit! It was February...so we didn't see any grapes but we got to taste test some Detroit Vineyard wine! The inside of Detroit Vineyards is impressive with its industrial look with floating tables and the wall of wine! I recommend the Detroit Flight which consisted of: 2017 Dry Riesling 2018 Semi-Dry Riesling 2019 Rose’ 2017 Merlot 2019 Rye Aged Cyser The wine flights are a HEALTHY pour and was a great way to end our night after our dinner. I’m not a wine expert by any means but I enjoy dry red cabs. I really liked the Detroit Flight since it had a variety of new wines to try. I liked the dry riesling, the Rose’ and the rye aged cyser best. (Who am I kidding, we drank them all and enjoyed them) The flight was complimentary with the purchase of 3 bottles of wine so it was an easy deal to pick up! The Detroit Post-Industrial decor provided a cool place to drink some wine! I really liked the floating tables and the chance to see the wine barrels stocked in the store room. It’s a recommended go to spot and we’ll be back!

Bin am Eröffnungstag dort gewesen, die Stimmung war nicht sehr einladend. Sah, wie der Besitzer einfach mit bestimmten Gästen sprach; schätze, ich sah nicht passend aus. Ich war dort mindestens 2 Stunden. Die weibliche Managerin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich habe die Verkostung gemacht, sie war ziemlich gut; das Layout und die Dekoration sind schön. Ich ging – ich sah – ich habe kein Interesse daran, zurückzukehren.
