Tina, Kane, David were all phenomenal. They catered to me and my 88 year old Grandma. They were professional, customer service driven, and the work they preformed on our gel pedicures, my gel builder fill-in on my hands, and my Grandmother's acrylic fill-in on her hands, speaks for it self. If ever I visit VA again, from NYC, I will be coming back!
Tonight I went and saw Nia to do my nails and she did absolutely amazing! She made sure I loved my nails through every step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! I also saw Hana and she did my toes! She was so sweet and did an amazing job! I highly highly recommend this nail salon! These 2 ladies were amazing!
I’m a first timer here with really high standards on cleanliness. I was very impressed by how clean and well ventilated this location was. My Nail tech was Trish, she was quite knowledgeable and very skilled. I also got a pedicure, the bowls were clean and sanitized then had bowl bags and the jets are removable so they can keep it clean. I got an upgraded spa pedicure. They used steam, hot towels, medicinal herbs for sore muscles in a wrap for feet and legs, paraffin wax, scrubs, and oils. It was lovely. I can’t recall my techs name for the pedicure. Hopefully the location can add it in for me. Personally I’m fond of hot stones and deep massage, they did massage but I didn’t get hot stones this go round. The Technician was very patient with me and my requests for snow flakes on my toe nails. Neuro spicy ppl I have a rating of feels like home alone (most comfortable)10 to feels like a pay day during a Christmas shopping sale in Walmart (most uncomfortable) 1 Bright lights- 8 sunglasses solve this. Loudness-6 bring headphones maybe even noise cancellation Smells- 6 but most nail spas are a 10/9 to me. Small talk - 9 This honestly was great. I got to zone out on the massage chair for over an hour. Except to name the nail color and the spa type and if the water was hot enough we didn’t speak much. Manicure was a little more convo.
Loved! 🥰 Service was amazing! Dylan did amazing with my pedicure, definitely will get one again. Answered all my concerns. For my first time doing acrylic nails 💅🏻 Elena definitely exceeded my expectations. We went off two different inspiration photos and honestly it came out better than either ones. I absolutely love them. Will definitely be coming back 🤍
Devinn Nail Bar has exceptional service. The atmosphere is clean, luxurious, calm & relaxing. Guests and staff actually communicate at an indoor level compared to other salons which I love. I was serviced by Nia who was very precise with my Full Set and Pedicure. I’m new to Norfolk coming from New York and am picky when it comes to my nails and toes but I’ve now found my go to spot! 🥰Plus they offer a variety of refreshments.
