Guys, I was attacked by this person just because I was trying to wash my car. The machines aren't working properly and they don't clean the bottom of the car. I tried to get a rewash and he told me he would cancel my membership for no reason and without any rules, and he attacked me while I was inside the car and tried to steal my phone.

They just double charged my account 3 days apart this month. 42x2 basically. And then a $128.40. so a total of 214?! And they have chronic equipment issues in most branches due to lack of proper maintenance. However the last straw is the message I received in my phone saying "they are excited to offer new Uber grand plan" that limits the usage but charges $120 per month?! I can't believe they can charge people for things they haven't signed up for and think that they can get away. I'm going to file legal complaint and will certainly go over a branch to cancel my membership tomorrow. Update: They don't answer their phones, and when I checked to see if I'm still able to use their wash location nearby my home, kiosk said my vehicle was banned. And there's no refund for the $214 they have just charged, but I'm not even able wash my car. Amazing. So this is the situation after my review 😅 Be careful if you leave a non 5 star review, your car might be banned and you might be charged several times!

I’ve been paying for the monthly membership (~$30) and the wash quality itself is solid if you just want something convenient and touchless. No issues there. However, every time I’ve had to interact with the staff, it’s been negative. Most recently, I was told—quite abruptly and with attitude—that I wasn’t allowed to vacuum out the leaves near the bottom of my windshield after popping the hood. There’s nothing on their website or posted onsite explaining this rule, and the delivery was rude enough that it didn’t feel worth continuing my membership. As someone who’s worked in customer service for years, I don’t expect perfection, just basic respect and clear communication. Unfortunately, that’s been lacking here. If you want a wash where you never have to deal with the employees, this place is fine. But for a service that costs $30–$40/month, I’d expect better customer service.

I recently took my truck to Dirks Car Wash in Shadyside, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My truck was long overdue for a deep clean, and Dirks made the entire process effortless. While navigating the Shadyside location can be a bit tight with a truck, it’s absolutely doable and well worth it for the quality of service.
