This store location is very convenient, being right next to costco and home depot. The service has been great (courteous and professional) for the 4 times that I have been here. I like that they have a highly visible shop area so you can actually see what they are doing with your car. The steps they take to balance, mount, tighten and torque to spec. I do rotate my tires before as a DIYer but there is no point if discount tire provides free life time and balancing.
I wish I could give this store a -10 star rating because of the manager, Timothy. I’ve been a loyal customer at this Discount Tire location for many years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I purchased four new Michelin tires for my Lexus RX 350. The technician who worked on my car was not certified and ended up damaging the wheel locks. They let me leave without reinstalling the original locking lug nuts from the dealership. The manager, Timothy, was not honest or upfront about the issue. He hoped I wouldn’t notice, but when I checked, the wheel lock threads were completely stripped. I have photos that show exactly what happened. When I came back, Timothy told me he had ordered new locks from New York, and that they would arrive in 10 days to 2 weeks. After waiting over two weeks, I returned, but they still didn’t have the locks. This left my car unsafe for travel or public parking since the wheels could easily be stolen. Another month went by with no call or update from Timothy. Later, I noticed one of my Lexus wheel caps had fallen off due to improper installation. When I went back to the store, the manager ignored me. Fortunately, an employee named Dylan stepped up and asked if he could help. I explained everything, and Dylan went above and beyond to fix the issue. He personally took me to the dealership, bought the correct set of locks and a replacement cap, and resolved everything within 20 minutes. When I offered to pay, he kindly declined and took full responsibility. Dylan showed excellent customer service and professionalism he’s the kind of person who truly cares about customers. In my opinion, Dylan deserves to be the manager of this store. Because of him, my issue was finally resolved, but I will not return to this location as long as Timothy is in charge. I recommend Discount Tire review its management standards so that customers are always treated with honesty and respect.
Discount Tire is hands down the best place for all your tire needs! Vincent and Johnny are cool as hell and always go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Whether it's a free tire check or a full replacement, these guys are quick, efficient, and super friendly. They take care of my cars fast and ensure I'm back on the road in no time. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my tires! Highly recommend!
I'm blown away by the Customer Service that Juan provided today. I've been a Discount Tire customer for over 37 years! But today was different. I Always get pretty good service. I honestly didn't think someone could top All the Great years of service But there came Juan! I'm a Customer service Expert and Juan just took the Top spot Ever. First Place to me is The Goat! Juan is the Greatest of All Times. He's the Michael Jordan, the Kobe Bryant, the Tom Brady of Tires!!!
Great service and excellent staff. Booked an online appointment for a flat repair, arrived a little early, and they had me checked in and out in less than 30 minutes. The location is well-maintained and brightly lit.
