What a great experience at this location! I scheduled an appointment online to get one of my tires repaired. There was a bit of a line but once I was ready to be assisted a gentleman assisted me (I failed to get his name, but a short, black gentleman with a beard) and was super professional and polite. From the time I checked in up to the time my tire was repaired was about an hour, but I understand that they are an excellent business and with an excellent business, you have tons of customers, so no biggie! No charge for the repair and I was good to go! If you want a tire shop that won't give you the runaround, but direct, easy communication and stellar customer service, come to Discount Tire!
I cannot recommend this discount tire enough. These people are the real deal. I came in from a pretty bad scamming/tire replacement situation and they went above and beyond to make things right (when it wasn’t even their issue to begin with). Extreme thanks to Tyler and Tim for taking an extremely frustration situation to a “wow there are still such good people in the world” situation. For every one of my (and my family’s) future tire needs we will be visiting them. Extremely professional, efficient, great attitude, and truly going above and beyond to provide impeccable service. THANK YOU will never be enough for everything they did for myself and our car!
Came here from Ohio had a piece of bone fragment in the tire and repaired it for us to be sure we got back home safely. They got us in quickly and helped us. Friendly service. I’m not sure if they are open on the weekend but they worked us in late on a Friday night

Do not recommend coming to discount tire for any repairs. I came in because my truck needed a valve stem replacement. Since it was a nice day I opted to sit out side and wait for my truck to be finished. This allowed me to observe what was going on. After pulling my truck inside the tech pulled off the wheels and replaced the valve stem which wasn’t an issue. The issue came when attempting to put the wheels back on. The tech struggled for 20-30 minutes to get one of my wheels back on complaining about how heavy it was very loudly. (These wheels are not heavy. About 40-50 pounds) After finally managing to get my inner wheel on he put the outer one on with less of a problem. The wheels were put on wrong with the valve stems not properly offset from eachother. The real issue came when he started putting lug nuts on. With the impact and the torque wrench the tech repeatedly let the socket hit the inside of my wheel when he was pulling it off the lugs damaging my wheel in the process. They did pay for my valve stem replacement but that does not offset the cost of stripping and refinishing the wheel. I do not recommend this place as the techs are lacking experience or are just lazy. I will say the customer service was good and most of the people there were nice
