Richard was very professional and knowledgeable, great attitude the whole time. I came in to get air in my tires and he took care of it. He let me know how my back tires need new ones. I told him how I don’t have time cause I’m on lunch and when I get off work, DT is closed. I never knew I could go online and make an appointment and pay in advance and I’ll be in and out during my lunch. Thank you Richard I really find that useful!
Discount Tire is consistently phenomenal in their service. From speed to quality/cost to customer service- today's experience was great. The staff goes above and beyond to greet everyone with a smile and explains the options well. I've probably been to 8 locations over the past few years and they are all great! Today was no exception.
I am always so impressed with Discount Tire employees. Every single one I go to, they are polite, helpful, and never pushy. They always under promise and over deliver. I did have to wait but they completed in less time than they estimated. I had a nice coffee while I waited and was safely on the road in 2 hours! They were SUPER busy and I never once saw anyone with a tired look or any attitude other than positive! Keep it up gang-you are appreciated!!
Awesome service! I brought my daughter's car in for a punctured tire. The staff was courteous and got my car taken care quickly. I will say the place was really busy. As I watched the staff handle the rush of people I was impressed. To a person they were all very professional and managed the process very well.
They did service on our patrol vehicle, we came for service on the front driver tire. Once the vehicle got to the location, they advised that they had issues getting into the vehicle. The next day we came to the location to find out that their was also a "battery issue". We got a jump and advised them to keep the hood cracked just in case the car needed another jump. They did service on the tire and the car was left overnight again. When we went to pick up the vehicle in the morning, the driver window was down and it stormed the night before. The seat and door were soaked. Also we went to get the battery tested and the battery came back in great condition. I don't what they did to the vehicle, but I would never bring my personal vehicle here.
