Best tire shop I’ve been. Customer service is top! They replaced tires, and did a relearn on my new TPMS sensors. It was also reasonably priced.
Don't waste your time here. I had an appointment today for a tire rotation at 2:30, arrived 10 minutes early and waited in line for 40 minutes to check in. Priority is given to people who phone in and could get needed information on the website, then walk-ins, then finally people with appointments. That is an insane way to run a business which clearly needs more employees and more bays. The estimate to get the job done was another 45 minutes so I left, never to return.
I’ve been a longtime customer and moved from Salt Lake City in 2023 to Albuquerque; this was the location that came up in my search and I have not been anywhere else since. The staff is always so kind, patient, and very helpful; in addition to management. I came in twice today because they were so busy but actually got my service I needed the second trip and hats off to Nakoma, Marco, Trevor, Levi, and the rest of the staff I dealt with today; you’re all awesome and you all deserve recognition! :)
Very nice staff. I needed a tire topped off and they did it for free thankfully. If anything I wish the air up station was easier to see. I parked at a different business. Got out and went to their business to inquire as I didn't see the air machine or signs. Then I had to drive around the block and because nobody was at the station I had to go in and ask someone again to come outside. It's a small shop, quite busy with no parking. It's location is across from the big mall. The air up station is off the community street.
Visited this Discount Tire store on Menaul Boulevard while on a weekend trip. One of the tires in our rental car had a nail in it. Trevor and Adrian provided us with excellent customer service and took care of the repair in a timely manner. I highly recommend this store and the great staff working there. Thank you!
