Discount Tire, an der Pan American Fwy NE 4600 in Albuquerque gelegen, ist seit langem die erste Anlaufstelle für Reifen und Autoteile. If no stars was an option...I would select that. spent 4hours to get 2 tires replaced, with an appointment. only to have both wheels scratched / chipped and the inside wheel barrels gouged in several places. was supposed to have recieved a call from Manager today regarding this....no call received so glad I took photos and video of my wheel mutilation! Update: While I never received any communcation from corporate as indicated by the response below....I was in contact with the local Manager that ended up replacing the two damaged wheels.
I have gone to Discount Tire for years. Lately, service at the Rio Rancho location Unser/Southern has not been stellar. This experience has reminded me why I like Discount! The service was great and they took care of my needs without an appointment (flat tire!). Ryan was especially helpful at check-in and made sure I was taken care of. Thanks for the great service at the Montgomery location! They also had several really good tire options in stock at a fair price.
Previous customer on Coors. After arriving (2nd in line) I was surprised when other customers tried to cut the line. When I arrived and the morning meeting was going on prior to opening., your employees noticed and treated me as 2nd in line.. while your employees worked on my truck .. I walked down the block and purchased 2 dozen donuts for your crew,, Now my recent interaction was slipping that inspiration.. still like discount tire but the love is ..distant .. the world has changed .. good luck guys :)
Booked a tire rotation for when I was in town, my appt was at 3pm and they estimated to be done at 3:46pm. They did not get to it until after 4pm which messed up my travel plans. However, they didnt charge me. That location is busy but the staff is helpful and friendly. I usually get great ontime service at Discount Tire locations, so I will let this one slide. But if you have to be somewhere, make sure they can get the service done in a reasonable amount of time.
Discount tire is my go-to tire place and has been for well over 10 years and you know their service is unparalleled. Honestly, they're always very friendly. I'm proud to be a discount tire customer.
