Went to get two new front tires. Left and came back 45min later due to my front driver side tire going flat. Was told I’d be next in line since I JUST had my service done. 3 car cars were taken back between him telling me that and me asking for my keys back to take it somewhere else. Once I wanted my keys back, they took my car back asap. Absolutely ridiculous. Today alone, I’ve spent 5 hours at this place and I’m still here!!!
This specific shop of Discount Tire has been my best experience in tire shops over the last 20 years. I'm particular and work on my own cars, and it's clear that the mgmt and garage guys at this store take pride in their work. I have them handle tires for my truck and sportscar - both with rims that aren't the easiest to deal with - and they do great.
I've been coming here for over 20 years. They used to be great. Not anymore. They can't balance a tire right even if their life depended on it. I have to get them redone often. You book an appointment and you still have to wait hours to get a simple tire rotation done. I'll be going to BJ's from now on. Same prices. Better service. Thank goodness there are plenty of options out there.
I just had new tires put on our 2019 Honda Accord. I had done my research and checked several local options, including Costco. Discount Tire matched the best price (Costco) and gave me a military discount on top of that. Jake and Arti were both very helpful and professional. I'll be back the next time I need tires.
I have driven over 16,000 miles on a set of Continental DWS in my Z4, combined highway and city driving, mostly dry conditions, they continue to provide a great experience. The service at Discount Tire was very good, tires installed quickly. The tires are a good balance of performance, ride comfort, and tread life (I won't spend on summer tires every 9k miles), these have a warranty. They hold pressure well, worth it to know that they are sensitive to proper balancing at speed (the one thing Discount Tire doesn't always get). I've used Discount Tire for many many years, and this type of tire on several vehicles, and will do so again.
