It is crazy how much easier these people are to work with than any other tire shop. And you can really get good deals on their website, then easily have the tires shipped to the store. I have probably bought 5 sets of tires here & don’t plan on going anywhere else.

I’ve never taken the time to write a review but felt I HAD to this time around. Brian (assistant manager) went truly above and beyond to help me out after I bought 4 tires and found out they were under warranty at my dealership. He saved me hundreds by being kind and helpful. Never was he unpleasant not one second, and it was a huge hassle to deal with and it was my mistake. What a pro! You don’t see exceptional customer service anymore. I’ll always remember he did for me. Thank you, Brian!!

I just had a fantastic experience at Discount Tire! Even though it was the end of the day and there was a long line of people, they were incredibly quick and got my car right in. The staff was absolutely wonderful—so friendly and hospitable. A special shout-out to Eric for doing a great job on my tire! The store manager pictured was also very helpful and ensured everyone was getting quick service. The atmosphere in the waiting area was excellent. It was clean and felt safe, plus they even had Christian music playing, which was a nice touch. They had a bible in the lobby. They also offered water in the lobby. I was so impressed with the professionalism and speed. Since they are also close to my house. They got the screw out of my tire!

I bought these tires from the Joplin location 2 years ago with the extended package that covers several things including free rotation. I took it in to the Tulsa Hills location and they refused to rotate them. They said that the tires were past the wear mark and it was pointless to do and just wanted to sell me new tires. Not trying to bash anyone just very disappointed. I have included pictures of the rear tires and I really just wanted my tires rotated. I know that my front tires are not the best so that is why i wanted them put on the rear. From what i gather they just didn't want to rotate the tires.

The tires I purchased, looked really good. The price of the tires and service is really great as well. The service advisor I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful. Getting checked in was not bad. The call back is the only real issue I had. I was on a little bit of a schedule so, I did drop of the vehicle, with an appointment, paid up front, and requested a call or text when done as I would stay in the area. I did not receive any notification and was only told that it was complete when I called back. This was frustrating as I spent all this time waiting for a call when I could have been back to work. Once back to pick up the vehicle, there were several people there in line, and it seemed a little unorganized. One person was just dropping off a tire, a couple was waiting to buy tires, and I was just there to pick up my vehicle since I had prepaid. I think if you were that busy, you should consider some type of a kiosk where people with an appointment could check in with a single button, and if prepaid, check in for pickup with one button. Stop the lines. People wait better in a waiting room better than a line. I will adjust my review if the opportunity arises to use them again.
