Tires, the wrong tires were ordered For my appointment. I was not to happy, settled for tires I didn’t want (that is on me), spoke up and they did fix the issue without argument. They do really want what is best for customers driving experience. They had to reorder the correct tires and never gave a fuss. Sometimes communication with detailed dialogue important on both sides of the counter. Dialogue may be uncomfortable, but it is well worth it! These guys do care. Thank you for Doing your best To make this right. Update coming soon when I get the new tires.
I highly suggest making appointment as they are busy. But they are busy because they are the best. I was dreading getting new tires for my daughter bcuz it can be so expensive. But after she got a flat i had to. I also noticed her lugnuts were absolutely stripped. Whoever owned the car before didnt take care of it at all. She also needed wiper blades i had forgotten about. I didnt really discount tires had them Anyways 4 tires, wiper blades, anf all new lugnuts cost me 480. Great deal. Truly. I thought it was gon a be 500 to change 2 tires. The employees were really nice and helpful they were out of exact tires we had asked for. But he searched around and got us ones that worked. I will be back for my vans tires. Its nice to have the piece of mind that if anything happens they will help. I will say that shop is very cold inside lol. Bring a coat.
Came here on 10/18/2025 for a simple balance and rotate on my F350. I stated very clearly to the rep taking my info that I am very picky and do not want my wheels scratched as I’ve had problems at this location in the past scratching a wheel on one of my other trucks. He assured me no problem. When I came back to pick up the truck one of the wheels is scratched in two different areas.
I booked an appointment to get two new front tires, and wow—what a pleasant surprise! It was a bustling Saturday morning, the lobby was packed, and yet everything ran like clockwork. I arrived right on time and was immediately greeted with a warm smile and handshake from Chase. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming—made me feel like a VIP from the get-go. Chase walked me out to my car, asked a few thoughtful questions, and then brought me back inside to show me exactly where my tires stood on their safety scale. He explained everything clearly and reassured me that things were looking great. Then came the kicker: he said they’d have my car ready in about an hour. With how busy they were, I was skeptical—but they totally delivered! Sure enough, just about an hour later, my car was ready to roll. Smooth, efficient, and top-notch service all around. Huge shoutout to Chase and the team for making what could’ve been a hectic morning feel effortless. Five stars for customer care and car care!
Been here several times. Came in because a tire under warranty is losing air. Came at 10AM. Was scheduled. Told I would have the tire looked at, evaluated for a nail, and determine if I needed it patched or repaired. Customer service was good. No one was rude. However the WAIT TIME! I was told I would be done by 1:30PM. Truthfully this is a quick and easy fix. I understand they’re busy, so I anticipated at least 2 hour wait. But I am still waiting at 2:30PM asking what the hold is up? I had to ask someone why I still wasn’t being serviced, so they did talk to their crew to get it done. My thoughts? They prioritized other walks in before me. That is 100% fact. Had a woman come in, complain about how she had to pickup her kids within an hour, and they pushed her ahead of everyone. Heck, they could have pushed me ahead too if they wanted for such a small job. But the fact is they weren’t making any profit on patching a tire under warranty, and prioritized the jobs that made more money. This experience had me pissed off, thus the bad review. I had to keep my composure to not blow up on them. Please be considerate of the client’s time. It makes me question the ethics of the company and want to do business elsewhere.
