Had a slow leak from the bead. Would lose 50% pressure in a month. Decided to get it fixed and called around. Firestone said they recommend buying a new tire, they don’t fix leaks on the rim. Was going to DIY fix off of YouTube but decided to try Discount Tire by the airport. Went in close to closing and talked with the manager Bryan. He said can fix is no problem. 15 min later sealed and good to go.. told me they got it…. Talk about customer service. If you need your tires serviced.. hit Bryan and Discount Tire up for your needs.. they take care of their customers….
I needed a tire because there was a tiny hole on the edge of the tire, right next to the tread. As u know punchers cannot be plugged. So I had to buy a new tire. I didn't have an appointment and asked can I come in as 1st come 1st serve basis. The guy who I don't know his name told me sure come on down. So I went down to the Honolulu shop and was taken in right away! I went with the most likely cheapest tire. Arroyo Grand Sport. It was pretty inexpensive about $136.00 +. Total $195.00. I have 4 Arroyo Grand Sport tires on my van now. I like them, a little less milage than more expensive tires. About 45,000 miles. Anyway great place to buy tires and more, like custom rims and even mechanical work that was done on my van by them. It ALL turned out good! Mahalo to Discount Wheel and Tire 🤙
Super friendly and helpful staff! They quickly found the tires I wanted, gave me an ETA, and booked my appointment with no hassle. The whole process from the call to the shop was fast and smooth. I also like their flat repair and rotation warranty. As a first-time customer upgrading to bigger tires, I really appreciate their efficiency and great service!
I had a terrible experience with another shop where I waited three hours only for them to tell that they can't fix the tire and I need to buy a new one. I took my car back instead. Then I brought my car to Discount Wheel And Tire. They were busy so I expected a long wait. Well after 20 minutes of being there they said they fixed the tire and it's a free service. I was in shock. Amazing and speedy service. This is a business that I will happily support!!
I had such a relaxing experience using Discount Wheel and Tire when my tires on my Jeep needed to be replaced. I made an appointment, received a confirmation call and a reminder call the night before. The shop checked me in quickly, listened to all of my concerns and had my vehicle ready exactly when promised. I just grabbed something to eat next door and headed back over- I was so pleased with how my new tires looked on my Jeep and check out was quick and easy. Ladies- if you are looking for a comfortable, trustworthy spot to go for alignments, wheels or tires, this is it 🤩
