This vet office is great! My dog loves everyone there and when I’m sitting in the waiting room most of the pets coming in are so excited to be there and see the staff. They always go above and beyond, emailing the day after to check in on my pets, cleaning out my poop-filled cat carrier, giving them toys, remembering them, etc. I love this practice!!!! And more importantly, so do my pets!!
District Veterinary Hospital is exemplary in care, customer service, compassion. After not so great experiences with both my dog and cat elsewhere, I switched to DVH and I am overwhelmed with relief that I did so. Dr. Nichols’ is incredible. She approached my reactive dog without fear, a neutral emotional response, and patience. In fact all staff was completely patient, supportive, and understanding through his tantrums and willing to work through it to make it a good experience for my dog. Dr. Nichols’ really took her time assessing my pets and approached her examinations with thorough intellectual curiosity. I always leave feeling like the utmost was done for my pets and without any residual concerns that maybe something was missed. The entire staff, front desk and vet techs alike, are kind, helpful, compassionate, and interested in meeting your furry best friends. Three cheers to District Vet!
Every vet and vet tech has been amazing with our dog and three cats. When our dog had health issues we were using another practice, but we kept getting the run around. We had a consult at District Vet and we were so impressed with the care, compassion, and information we received that we moved all of our furs over to DV. We've been with them for 2 years and they are all so kind and gentle with our furry family members. Love them.
We now have all 3 of our pups working with the great vets @ District Vet Brookland. Always greeted with a smile and professionalism. Highly recommended from this Vizsla family!
We’ve taken our fur babies to District Vet for many years. We’ve recently lost our 16.5 year old so, which they helped us navigate with care and compassion. We also took our new puppy to them this week for her first check up. I have to say ~ the staff over the past year is the best they’ve ever been. Highly recommend.
