We rented a bouncy castle from Dizzy for a weekend party and had a great experience. We originally rented a 15’x15’ bouncer with a slide for 05/03-05/05. When the original rented bouncer was unavailable due to no fault of the company, they upgraded our bouncer at no extra charge and ensured it would fit our space without issue. They made sure the bouncer was set up well in advance of our event, even though it was an extremely busy weekend for them; they always made sure to accommodate our time and schedule. All communication was clear, prompt, and friendly. My experience with Dizzy was excellent, the bouncer was a huge hit and the highlight of the event. I will definitely be renting from Dizzy in the future and recommending them to others.

Look elsewhere. We had a terrible experience with this company. Give me a setup window of 10-1 get a phone call at 1:30 saying they’ll be there asap. Our rental starts at 2. The young kid that showed up was great was set up by 2:30. Then he started to clean. This thing was disgusting. Probably had over 100 water ballon’s all over the inside covered in mud this thing was absolutely disgusting. The kid did what he could do for an hour into our rental. I told him I’d take care of it. So I jumped in with the shop vac and went to work. I cleaned for an hour to get it in an alright state for the kids to enjoy. Spoke to the owner about it and he said they would compensate me for the rental it’s been 10+ days and nothing so I figure I let some people know the truth about my experience. Look elsewhere.. it could potentially ruin your party.
